F-omatic – Facebook requires app review in order to allow new apps to access public Facebook content using the API. This means that you will need to submit your app for review (for Page Public Content Access permission) and be approved so that the plugin can import content from Facebook using your app key and secret. However, the plugin will provide you with a working (pre-approved) App Key and Secret that can be used to import public Facebook content.

If you want to publish content publicly on Facebook, you need to submit your Facebook app for approval. If you want to publish to Facebook Pages: publish_pages, manage_pages if you want to publish to Facebook Groups: publish_to_groups, groups_access_member_info, Groups API.
