Printcart Product Designer plugin is supported here at our Printcart Ticket System a separate product with Nb Designer plugin which is sold here. You will not be able to request the support or any features of NB Designer which is available on Cmsmart. We will not refund for any misunderstanding. If you buy this plugin, you can still use WooCommerce Dashboard to setup your products without using Printcart Dashboard. FYI, Printcart Dashboard is free to register, which will allow all media files that users have uploaded to the designer tool to be stored in the cloud storage of Printcart instead of on the local drive of the hosting or server.
