Chat – Support Board is a WordPress plugin that helps you automate customer communication with artificial intelligence-powered chatbots and a chat system integrated with the most popular platforms. Seamlessly connect OpenAI (ChatGPT) and Google to unlock powerful AI features. Supported messaging channels include Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and more. Some features require the purchase of additional applications. When you sell Support Board Cloud memberships to your customers, you will be charged a fixed fee of 10% of the revenue. For example, if you sell a plan of 10 USD per month, you will have to pay us 1 USD per month until the user’s membership is active.

The full amount of your customer’s subscription revenue goes to your Stripe / Rapyd account. An invoice will be sent to you either monthly or when your transactions reach a minimum threshold of 50 USD, detailing the total amount owed to us (10%). You pay us manually by card, crypto or bank transfer. You don’t owe us anything if you don’t generate any revenue. We manage the hosting, installation, setup, maintenance and updates of your Support Board business. We will keep Support Board and the applications updated automatically. All you have to do is sell. The Reseller version is hosted on our servers and you do not have access to the source code.
