WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery v1.1.3 – Email – SMS – Messenger

WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery is a WooCommerce extension that helps you recover abandoned orders in your store. When a customer adds a product to the cart, but does not complete the checkout process. After a certain amount of time, the cart will be marked as “abandoned”. WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery will start sending cart recovery emails or Facebook messages to the customer, reminding him/her to complete the order. When a user adds a product to the cart, but does not check out. After a specified time, the cart will be marked as “abandoned”.

WooCommerce Abandoned Cart Recovery captures the cart information including the date the cart was added, the customer’s email address, the items added to the cart, the cart total, the cart status and the IP address. It then uses this information to contact the customer, offer a discount and prompt them to complete the checkout process. The first time a customer clicks on Add to Cart, a pop-up will appear asking for an email address to complete the Add to Cart action. Once the email is received, the pop-up will not appear again and users can add products to the cart as normal. And the email address is automatically filled in on the checkout form when the customer goes to the checkout page.
